From the photographer:
Ryan and Tyler's backyard, lakefront wedding was one of the prettiest I've ever seen. The elegant, soft details sparkled in the sunshine and the romantic atmosphere that was created by the intimate ceremony and reception spaces. 50 friends and family gathered along the glistening, quiet shoreline as Ryan and Tyler said "I do" underneath a handmade arbor draped with soft pink colors and flowers. Their kids joined them in a sand uniting ceremony, family shared musical talents and hands were raised in cheer as the new couple walked down the aisle.
Their reception festivities started when Tyler surprised Ryan by singing her a song. Their first dance took place on the large outdoor stone patio of the castle-like lake house during sunset hour and guests enjoyed locally made BBQ on farm tables built by the bride and her sister. As the sun ducked down behind the horizon, the sky filled with cotton candy colors and candlelight glow filled the happy faces of everyone gathered for dinner and drinks.
As the lake house lit up with pink uplighting (so perfectly matching the soft pink colors of the day and sky), the cake was cut, the garter and bouquet were tossed, and the DJ got the dance party started. Ryan and Tyler's wedding was such a lovely combination of elegance and rustic details...a match made in lake heaven for sure!
